Divergent is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager to own Capital Expenditures and indirect spend, leading sourcing, contracting, and supplier management across capital projects and initiatives, including manufacturing equipment and facility investments.

The role collaborates with Facilities, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, scaling a world-class procurement organization as the company grows and diversifies its G&A services.

Qualificações

• CapEx procurement experience including equipment sourcing and budgeting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills across MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and procurement for concurrent capital projects (equipment, facility investments, new factory) across multiple teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support capital planning and project budgeting.
• Drive cost savings, schedule improvements, risk mitigation, and supplier accountability.
