Qualifications

• 3-5 years in procurement, engineering or supply chain management, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing high-value spend and complex commodity portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and understanding of contractual terms.
• Proficiency in cost modeling and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for a portfolio of equipment technology.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Conduct periodic sourcing reviews using cost models.
• Negotiate contracts to support strategic and financial goals.
• Provide training and guidance to purchasing staff.
