Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Process Leader, Global Manufacturing Capacity to develop and drive long-range capacity plans for a global manufacturing network. You will build robust models, partner with engineering and operations, and influence capital decisions.

You will translate demand forecasts into capacity needs, lead reviews, and ensure alignment with S&OP and strategic planning across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field with 9+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years; or a Doctoral degree with 4+ years.
• Experience with S&OP, IBP, long-range capacity planning, manufacturing strategy, or supply-chain planning.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end capacity models for complex manufacturing lines with multiple process steps and constraints.
• Lead technical capacity reviews at line, value‑stream, site, supplier, and global-network levels.
• Translate demand forecasts, product mix, transfers, and growth scenarios into capacity requirements.
• Perform what-if and sensitivity analyses to evaluate demand changes and capital investments.
• Identify capacity gaps early and define mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop standard, repeatable capacity-planning methods and governance across sites and product lines.
