Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Finance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to Global IT leadership in Brea, CA. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting across the Global IT organization, reporting to the Senior Finance Director and joining the Global FP&A team on-site in Brea.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive data-driven analytics, and support strategic initiatives, resource optimization, and financial planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field with 9+ years experience OR Master’s with 7+ years OR Doctoral with 4+ years.
• Progressive finance experience in planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient in financial systems and tools such as Power BI, ERP (Oracle a plus), OneStream, BPC/EPM, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to strengthen financial transparency and accountability.
• Play a key role within Global FP&A, collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Support DBS-driven continuous improvement to planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and drive process efficiency improvements.
• Shape adoption of AI-enabled finance solutions and data-driven insights.
