Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CAD, engineering software, or digital engineering domains.
• Proven record of leading global sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to engage at the C-suite level with customers and partners.

• Define and execute a global CAD strategy driving revenue growth.
• Build and lead a global CAD organization, recruiting and developing top talent.
