Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or related fields.
• Strong interest in enterprise apps and technology.
• Interest in understanding and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, data analysis, or reporting coursework is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support activities for enterprise applications and business systems.
• Help troubleshoot user issues and support service desk requests.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with documenting business processes, system requirements, and procedures.
• Support data validation, data cleanup, and data migration activities.
• Create and maintain training materials and end-user documentation.
• Assist with report validation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with business users to understand operational processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support technology projects, application integrations, and process automation initiatives.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on tasks.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams across departments.
• Assist with application testing, issue tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge base content.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business processes.
