• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track actions, and meet deadlines with consistency.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to support shared operational goals.
• Experience in an enterprise or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with management review processes or operational governance forums.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or operational reporting.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, reporting, or business analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit and functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and driving outcomes to completion
• Track operational metrics, including process performance, audit readiness, and satisfaction measures, to ensure execution consistency
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain consistent processes and deliverable timelines
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify key trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analyses to improve decision-making and operational visibility
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analyses in close partnership with finance and business leaders
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures
• Support in-depth analysis of key operational initiatives and gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute corrective actions
