SharkNinja is seeking current students or recent graduates for Business Operations & Corporate Functions Co-ops across multiple teams. You will work on real commercial decisions, build dashboards and models, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

Full-time onsite-hybrid schedule must be feasible for a student
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into a recommendation
Experience with dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with analysis, planning, and process behind real commercial decisions
Build reports, dashboards, models, and trackers used by leaders
Turn messy data into clear recommendations and defend them
Partner across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regional teams
Support ongoing optimization of processes with cross-functional teams
