SharkNinja is seeking business operations co-op participants to work across Sales, Strategic Planning, Finance, and People & Culture. You’ll build dashboards, analyze data, and present practical recommendations to cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to global processes and decision-making.

The program is onsite-hybrid, with opportunities to contribute to real-world projects and develop professional skills.

Qualifications

Must be able to work a full-time onsite-hybrid schedule.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to turn data into a recommendation rather than just a chart.
High accuracy and attention to detail with large datasets, financial figures, and operational records.

Responsibilities

Work on the analysis, planning, and process behind real commercial decisions across SharkNinja.
Build the reports, dashboards, models, and trackers that leaders actually make calls from.
Turn messy data into a clear recommendation — and then defend it in the room.
Partner across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regional teams, often across time zones.
Own a meaningful project end to end and present your contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
