SharkNinja invites driven interns to join our Business Operations & Corporate Functions program in Needham, MA. You’ll work on dashboards, analyses, and integral projects across functions such as Sales, Finance, and Strategy.

As a current student, you’ll gain exposure to real-world decisions, learn our systems, and contribute to global processes. A hybrid onsite schedule and cross-country collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's or master's program.
• Available for a full-time onsite-hybrid schedule.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis, planning, and processes behind commercial decisions across SharkNinja.
• Build reports, dashboards, models, and trackers used by leaders.
• Turn messy data into clear recommendations and defend them in meetings.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regional teams.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies and present findings to senior leaders.
