You will drive growth through new customer acquisition, build strategic relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field plus 3–5 years in business development or outside sales is preferred; experience in chemical manufacturing or flavors/fragrances is a plus.
