Based in Somerset, NJ and onsite, this direct-hire role offers a salary of $150,000–$180,000 plus car allowance, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within aroma chemicals or fragrance ingredients.
• Strong understanding of the North American market, including the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• Established relationships within the fragrance industry are a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach to developing business.
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
