Job summary

Power Technologies Company is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive growth across our product portfolio in commercial and education markets, with initial focus on Europe. You will build a robust pipeline, engage end users, distributors, and resellers, and collaborate with leadership to craft strategic sales approaches.

The role requires extensive international BD experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to develop large enterprise

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or the equivalent in experience.
• 3+ years specifically in hardware technology products ideally relating to optimizing of workflow, charging, or storage solution.
• 7+ years International Business Development experience driving enterprise account growth with demonstrated ability to deploy product within large enterprise organizations and work through international distributor and reseller networks.
• Strong International business development skillset is required.
• Excellent consultative and competitive sales skills that leverage both strong process and relationship-driven techniques.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our Smart Locker Product line and across our product portfolio through networking, cold outreach and industry events.
• Proactively research and target new end user accounts and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategy in collaboration with CEO and CSMO.
• Understand each target end-customer and channel partner’s operation, map their organization, and identify their unique needs.
