Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Director to lead the LCM/LPA/TTO/TIJ product lines, driving growth and profitability on a global scale.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Service, Operations and R&D to shape strategic vision and execution. The role requires 5–7 years in product management, with senior director-level experience preferred, and a deep understanding of the marking and coding market.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product management or related role.
• Senior product/sh leader experience at director level preferred.
• Strong understanding of marking and coding market and trends.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering and commercial groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop product line strategy: 1–3 year vision, business cases, high-level use cases.
• Own sales growth and P&L for product lines in a matrix setup.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, segments, and demand campaigns.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales to release products.
