Qualifications

• Extensive external communications and public relations background.
• Experience in consumer or brand PR, preferably at a global brand or PR agency (≥7 years).
• Proven success in national consumer PR campaigns with earned media results (≥7 years).
• Ability to build relationships with journalists and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated PR plans that elevate customer experience through storytelling and earned media.
• Develop narratives, press materials, and messaging to drive coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, social, and internal comms to coordinate campaigns.
• Identify and secure earned media opportunities with journalists and influencers.
