Brand Marketing Manager

LHH is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy, Creative and Partnerships Center of Excellence. This role will help manage related brand communications strategy, creative development, production, and execution, and help drive integration of the brand platform throughout the organization worldwide.

The Brand Manager will collaborate internally with key stakeholders and business lines across the organization and geographies, as well as with our internal and external creative and media partners, to ensure all brand related marketing and communications elements are executed with proper brand governance, strategic insight, creative standards, and alignment with strategic objectives.

The Brand Manager will lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes with key stakeholders, managing timelines, project status, internal feedback and approvals, media and creative flowcharts, and related budgets. They will help drive strategic direction across core audiences and media channels, serve as an internal brand evangelist, and analyze and optimize campaigns and media programs. The successful candidate will be someone who understands both the art and science behind effective and impactful marketing campaigns, is a good communicator, and is comfortable in both an executional and strategic role.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Oversee brand strategy, planning, and creative execution of integrated offline and online brand communications/advertising that reinforce LHH's brand purpose, positioning, and meet strategic objectives.
  2. Lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes, managing timelines, project status, feedback, approvals, media and creative flowcharts, and budgets. Coordinate weekly updates.
  3. Write and collaborate on campaign and design briefs, participate in research, manage end-to-end execution and production, and suggest process improvements.
  4. Manage relationships with advertising agency partners, develop strategic briefs, oversee execution of initiatives.
  5. Maintain a library of photo and video assets, review usage rights regularly.
  6. Act as an internal brand evangelist, educating and guiding internal teams on brand building and communication strategies.
  7. Provide approvals and feedback for production activities, including photo shoots and video shoots.
  8. Communicate marketing initiatives to internal employees as needed.
  9. Analyze and optimize campaigns, develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports on KPIs.
All About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a B2B brand or agency.
  • Experience creating marketing briefs, campaigns, content across social media, digital platforms, online video, and websites.
  • Passion for branding and marketing, keen creative eye, attention to detail.
  • Understanding of production, timelines, and budget management.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative, results-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and data for decision-making.
  • Organized, process-driven, problem solver.
  • Experience managing budgets and billing processes.

Compensation: $85,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus, determined by experience and location.
