Responsibilities

• Conduct online investigations to identify counterfeit or infringing listings and research seller identities.
• Capture screenshots and document seller information and digital evidence.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare escalation templates and cease-and-desist communications.
• Analyze, photograph, label evidence and create chain of custody documentation.
• Update and manage tracking systems and databases with high accuracy.
• Compile client-ready reports, metrics, summaries and dashboards of investigative progress.
