Job summary

The Clearing is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Leader to drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives across brand, customer experience, and organizational-change programs in Virginia. You will partner with global teams, manage governance, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with client objectives and security requirements.

This role demands strategic thinking, executive communication, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in project management, communications, marketing, or related consulting.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to delivery with defined scope, schedule, budget, and governance.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, internal/external stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver client-ready products.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, governance, and closeout of multiple projects across client programs.
Develop integrated project plans with scope, milestones, budgets, and resources.
Establish governance rhythms, risk logs, and executive reporting for stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to clarify roles and approvals.
Track schedules, budgets, vendor performance, and quality to drive on-time delivery.
