Job summary

pladis is seeking a customer support professional to engage existing Godiva customer relationships and drive growth. You will perform inbound/outbound calls, document interactions in Gladly, and help with quotes and orders to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards across MS Office tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4 years’ experience in customer service or outbound sales is a plus.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Experience with handling quotes and order placement is beneficial.
• Able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and manage inbound and outbound calls/emails in a timely manner.
• Keep records of all conversations in the Gladly system.
• Send quotes to customers, as needed.
• Place orders for customers, as needed.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
