Job summary

pladis Global is seeking a customer service professional to engage Godiva’s existing customer base, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth. The role focuses on proactive outreach for retention, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will make and manage inbound/outbound calls or emails, keep records in Gladly, send quotes, place orders, and identify customer needs to provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Familiarity with Gladly platform helpful, but will train.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes pride in work, exhibiting accuracy and attention to detail.
• 4 years’ experience in customer service or outbound sales position a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with learning new computer software programs and processes.

PURPOSE:

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:

Base starting rate ranges from $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for a quarterly incentive opportunity.
