JLL is seeking a Global Performance Manager to lead our BI and Analytics functions, including client reporting and the account technology program. You will shape the data strategy across service lines, promote best practices, and drive performance improvements.

You will oversee KPI design, reporting, and analytics, lead teams across regions, and partner with clients and JLLT to deliver value at scale. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree required.
• 5 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills with proactive issue identification and solutions.
• Experience in process management and delivering results.

Responsabilidades

• Translate objectives into an information management and BI strategy for each service line.
• Develop data interpretation and predictive modelling capabilities.
• Manage KPI and reporting requirements across the account and regions.
• Lead account relationship with JLLT and ensure information security compliance.
• Report progress to clients and lead regular performance reviews.
