Job summary

Goodwill Great Lakes seeks a Manager Performance Support to transform operational, contract, financial, workforce, compliance, quality, and customer data into actionable insights. You will lead a team, set priorities, and deliver dashboards and executive reports across Food Service and Logistics Support.

The role requires strong Power BI, Excel, and data analytics skills, with experience guiding leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or experience equivalency, and managerial experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, information systems, operations, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years in BI, analytics, reporting, or related field; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and service standards for GWGL Performance Support Team.
• Turn data into clear findings, risks, options, and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead development and maintenance of performance measures, scorecards, targets, and executive reports.
