Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, business intelligence, sales operations, strategy, analytics, professional services, or a related discipline.
• Expert understanding of professional services business models, with ability to synthesize bookings, revenue, utilization, and delivery metrics into clear operational strategies.
• Proficiency leveraging enterprise workflow and business intelligence ecosystems (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, CRM, and PSA systems) to architect automated reporting mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Establish global operations strategy and annual planning rhythm across Global Advanced Services.
• Develop real-time, executive-ready dashboards and reporting models linking pipeline, bookings, utilization, and outcomes to performance.
• Refine capacity planning, renewal forecasting, and pipeline analytics with Sales and Delivery Operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and standardize metrics across regions.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing BI and operations team.
