Everpure is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Operations for Global Advanced Services. You will shape strategy, operating cadence, and data-driven management frameworks to boost revenue growth and forecast precision.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery Operations to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will build executive dashboards, drive capacity planning, and lead a global team focused on analytical rigor and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, BI, sales operations, strategy or related fields.
• Ability to establish BI frameworks and operating rhythms that influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish global strategy, cadence and governance for Advanced Services.
• Build real-time dashboards and analytics architecture for executive use.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to optimize capacity, renewal forecasting and pipeline analytics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and standardize metrics.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing BI/ops team.
