• 10+ years of experience in business operations, business intelligence, sales operations, strategy, analytics, professional services, or a related discipline.
• Expert understanding of professional services business models, with ability to synthesize bookings, revenue, utilization, and delivery metrics into clear operational strategies.
• Proficiency leveraging enterprise workflow and business intelligence ecosystems (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, CRM, and PSA systems) to architect automated reporting mechanisms.

THE ROLE

As Director of Business Intelligence & Operations for Global Advanced Services, you will establish the global strategy, operating cadence, and data-driven management frameworks that power world-class service execution. You will partner directly with senior executive leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery Operations to turn complex operational data into actionable business intelligence that directly boosts revenue growth, capacity utilization, and forecast precision. This role serves as a strategic catalyst, establishing operational discipline and visibility across matrixed global teams to maximize customer value on the Everpure™ Platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Global Business Operations Strategy: Establish and lead the annual planning rhythm, governance mechanisms, and operational reviews across global Advanced Services, translating organizational priorities into consistent execution frameworks.
• Build Executive Intelligence & Analytics Architecture: Oversee the development of real-time, executive-ready dashboards and reporting models that connect pipeline, bookings, utilization, and customer outcomes to bottom-line business performance.
• Optimize Sales & Delivery Enablement: Partner with Service Sales and Delivery Operations to refine capacity planning, renewal forecasting, and pipeline analytics, maximizing renewal rates and expanding service account opportunities.
• Automate & Modernize Operational Systems: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflow processes, eliminate reporting friction, and standardize metrics definitions across global regions.
• Lead & Cultivate Talent: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of operations and business intelligence professionals, cultivating a culture of analytical rigor, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional impact.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Operational & Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to establish business intelligence frameworks, drive operating rhythms, and influence executive decision-making within a complex, global matrixed enterprise. 10+ years of experience in business operations, business intelligence, sales operations, strategy, analytics, professional services, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Services Analytics Mastery: Expert understanding of professional services business models, with demonstrated skill in synthesizing bookings, revenue, utilization, and delivery metrics into clear operational strategies.
• Enterprise Platform & Systems Expertise: Proficiency leveraging enterprise workflow and business intelligence ecosystems (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, CRM, and PSA systems) to architect automated reporting mechanisms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging strategic goals across Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Engineering leadership.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Research Triangle Park (RTP) office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• Travel: Ability to travel as needed (~5-10%).
