Job summary

MFS is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Distribution Sales Reporting team. This role focuses on collecting, reporting, and analyzing global sales data to generate actionable insights and improve efficiency.

You will work within SCRUM to develop dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake, collaborating across Strategy, Management, and Technology to optimize distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau & Snowflake.
• Advanced understanding of SQL and/or other query languages.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and translate them to business needs with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily sales reporting and financial analysis for global MFS.
• Develops dashboards and reports using BI and CRM tools within SCRUM teams.
• Evaluates distribution strategies and tactics with Management and Tech teams.
• Leads ad hoc sales and marketing analysis projects.
• Assesses data systems, data quality, and report accuracy across divisions.
• Collaborates with GIT teams on system enhancements and data structures.
• Presents industry trend findings to Management.
• Serves as key resource for global sales activity requests.
• Mentors team members on sales tools.
• Performs additional duties as required.
