Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in food science, biochemistry or related field with lab research experience.
• Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature, patent searches and summarize outcomes in reports.
• Perform laboratory experiments and analyze data to support project decisions.
• Coordinate and report data generated from experiments.
• Maintain clear, organized project records and communicate results to teams.
• Present research findings to management with recommendations for future projects.
• Collaborate with lab colleagues and cross-functional teams to support goals.
