Job summary

Ingredion is offering a Global Beverage Applications Intern role for Summer 2026 in Bridgewater, NJ. • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food science, biochemistry or related field with laboratory research experience.
• Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills (presentations, reports).
• Reliable transportation to the facility daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature, patents, and competitive analysis and summarize outcomes.
• Perform laboratory experiments and data analysis; provide recommendations to the project team.
• Coordinate, summarize and report data from experiments.
• Maintain organized project records and communicate results to teams and partners.
• Present research findings to management with recommendations for future projects.
• Collaborate with laboratory colleagues, cross-functional teams and business partners to support project goals.
