Job summary

KBR, Inc. invites an experienced Global Benefits Director to shape and deliver a globally aligned benefits strategy across health, welfare, retirement, and well-being programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and Mobility to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead a global benefits team, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization while supporting mergers and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years in benefits or Total Rewards.
• Minimum 5+ years people leadership in global/regions.
• Experience in complex multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a globally aligned benefits strategy across health, retirement, and well-being.
• Oversee design, governance, policies, and frameworks for global programs.
• Lead vendor strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
