Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to own the benefits strategy, design, and operations across assigned markets. You will manage end-to-end programs, vendor relationships, renewals, and pricing, ensuring compliance and scalability within the Rippling platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Sales to deliver accurate, efficient benefits globally while maintaining high standards of discretion and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global benefits or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of international benefits landscapes
• Ability to own complex workstreams from strategy to execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Operate in ambiguity with limited guidance
• High ownership, accountability, and persistence
• Discretion in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefits lifecycle for assigned countries including strategy, launch, renewals, pricing
• Lead market research to define competitive, compliant offerings
• Manage broker and carrier relationships including onboarding and billing
• Own renewal process for assigned countries
• Partner with Product and Engineering on system design and launches
• Work with Payroll, Finance, and Operations on enrollment and taxation
• Educate internal teams on country-specific benefits
• Anticipate downstream impacts and dependencies
• Build processes and tooling to support scale
