We are looking for a Global Benefits Programs & Projects Consultant to join our passionate, collaborative and results‑driven team. As part of the HR Talent Services team of subject‑matter experts focused on the employee experience, the Consultant will manage all business travel and expat benefit programs, partner with global HR partners on benefit projects as needed, and manage North American paid time off programs with additional projects to be identified as we continue to evolve.
Regular full‑time and part‑time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health‑saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage, and paid family leave. Employees receive ten paid holidays each calendar year and accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with state and local law. Temporary/casual employees receive 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law. Benefits information may not apply to union positions.
