Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Specialist to manage benefits administration, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and related HR projects. You will ensure compliance with laws and company policies while collaborating with the HR team and employees.

This role supports open enrollment, audits, and ongoing inquiries, coordinating with payroll and providers. A Bachelor’s degree and leaves/workers’ comp experience are required; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Leaves of absence and workers’ compensation experience required.
  • Must be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A forward thinking, perceptive individual, capable of influencing others and effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the Company.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize/multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits programs and leaves of absence.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation processes and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team and payroll to resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain benefit census reports and assist with enrollment and renewals.
