Monster Energy is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Specialist to manage benefits administration, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and related HR projects. You will ensure compliance with laws and company policies while collaborating with the HR team and employees.
This role supports open enrollment, audits, and ongoing inquiries, coordinating with payroll and providers. A Bachelor’s degree and leaves/workers’ comp experience are required; strong MS Office skills are essential.

The Human Resources Benefits Specialist is responsible for benefits administration, leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, and other HR projects and initiatives as assigned. The position will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Company policies and procedures. This position will collaborate with the HR team members in their respective areas of responsibilities, and interact with employees and other departments in facilitating benefits administration.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$29 - $37 USD
