Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and scale the global benefits program across countries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure competitive, compliant offerings and a smooth employee experience.

You will benchmark, negotiate with brokers and vendors, and drive scalable processes while maintaining accurate benefits data and KPI reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits for multi-country organizations during hypergrowth or market entry.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations across regions (EU/US) and consulting tendencies.
• Proven ability to design, document, and optimize scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits strategy end-to-end across our countries, including enrollment, renewals, changes, and offboarding.
• Benchmark market competitiveness and propose local adjustments aligned with Total Rewards.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and benefits vendors; lead RFPs and renewals with cost-quality trade-offs.
• Ensure compliance with local benefits and social-security regulations; adapt practices with Legal.
