Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Senior Director, Global Benefits, Retirement & Mobility to lead the development and execution of our worldwide programs across Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Payroll to ensure programs attract, retain and move talent while staying compliant and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in global benefits and retirement strategy.
• 10+ years of people leadership in multinational settings.
• Experience leading mobility programs and governance.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, governance, and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for global benefits and mobility across regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to design sustainable programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, approvals, and controls.
• Develop and lead the Global Benefits & Mobility team.
• Oversee mobility policy development and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Immigration.
• Lead compliance and risk management for benefits data.
• Drive alignment with business strategy and talent deployment.
