Apollo Global Management is seeking a Benefits Analyst in New York to support the administration and continuous improvement of our global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. You will collaborate with the Benefits Director, HC colleagues, and external vendors to deliver compliant, employee-focused benefits and drive process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of benefits experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of benefits experience; international benefits exposure is a plus.
Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Workday experience preferred.

Mansioni

Support day-to-day administration of global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
Assist with Open Enrollment activities, testing, communications, and post-enrollment audits.
Manage COBRA administration and new vendor onboarding processes.
Coordinate wellness initiatives and corporate discount programs.
Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries globally.
Process monthly insurance carrier invoices and audit for accuracy.
