Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project cost control per Bechtel/client requirements.
• Establishes formats for summaries, reconciliations, and risk segregation.
• Monitors accuracy and ensures timely cost control activities.
• Reviews scope, quantities, performance, and cost data.
• Analyzes cost trends for cost effectiveness and alternatives.
• Prepares Project Financial Status Report and cost data analysis for Tax, Treasury, PwC.
• Interacts with Bechtel management and client counterparts for cost presentations.
• Maintains open communications to support cost engineering activities.
