Job description

Job Title: Global Benefits and Payroll Manager at K2 Integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Human Resources team to manage benefits and payroll administration.
  • Assist in planning company benefit strategies, events, plan designs, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regional and local laws related to benefits and payroll.
  • Maintain the benefits portal on the company's intranet, ensuring employees have access to the latest information.
  • Manage global payroll processing for employees and contractors.
  • Uphold and apply regional and local laws guiding payroll practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of timesheets and reporting.
  • Resolve discrepancies and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Provide high-level support to employees and build strong business relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related business field.
  • 7+ years of benefits and payroll administration experience in a global company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with global benefit programs, leave administration, and third-party administrators.
  • Advanced proficiency with payroll systems and familiarity with time and attendance systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll policy, compliance, and auditing skills.

This role is hybrid out of our NYC office.
