Job summary

SeneGence International seeks aDirector of Global Product Education & Training to lead how cosmetics and skincare are taught, demonstrated, and brought to life for a global independent distributor network. This role blends product science with artistry and education, driving confidence, adoption and sales across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate combines deep beauty industry expertise with hands‑on education experience, including on‑camera demonstrations, live events and online training.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in cosmetics or skincare with technical knowledge of products and consumer education.
• Professional makeup artistry experience and ability to demonstrate techniques on camera.
• Experience educating independent sales networks in direct‑selling or social‑selling models.

Responsibilities

• Own the global product education and training strategy for cosmetics, skincare, launches, core products and seasonal offerings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in makeup artistry, cosmetics, skincare, ingredients and consumer education.
• Develop and deliver engaging product education via live events, virtual training, recorded education and field tools.
• Teach makeup application techniques, color concepts, skincare routines and proper product usage.
• Translate technical product information into clear education for distributors and customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Marketing on technical sheets, ingredient education and launch materials.
• Provide the educator voice during product development, identifying demonstrations and stories that matter to distributors.
• Ensure approved product claims are translated into compliant, understandable language for distributors.
• Identify knowledge gaps with Field Development and create education to improve confidence and conversion.
• Create education that connects product knowledge to selling behaviors and customer consultations.
• Be an engaging on‑camera product educator and brand representative for launches and content.
• Partner with Marketing and Ecommerce to translate expertise into digital and social education.
