PUMA North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Sports Marketing (Basketball) to lead athlete partnerships strategy and execution across the global basketball unit.

You will drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness by delivering best-in-class experiences with partners and products. You will coordinate with product, marketing, and regional teams to create activation plans, manage athlete servicing, and ensure authentic, on-brand collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years in sports marketing, athlete servicing, partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with outcomes.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of athlete partnerships across the global basketball business unit.
• Develop activation plans for milestones, brand moments, events, product launches, and seasonal priorities.
• Ensure authentic amplification of priorities and strong partner satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Global Marketing, and regional teams to scale initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage athlete servicing needs, product flow, travel, and appearance logistics.
