Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of drivetrain engineering experience in automotive or heavy equipment sectors.
• Experience with casting, forging, forming, or machining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications to design axle carriers meeting Dana standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and estimating to ensure cost-effective, manufacturable designs.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during sourcing, development, and production.
• Review DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, and test setups; evaluate prototype results.
• Mentor junior engineers and support APQP/PPAP activities.
