Nuveen, a TIAA company, is seeking an AVP of Privacy & Records Compliance to oversee global privacy and records management programs. This role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Information Security to ensure consistent program implementation and strong governance.

The AVP demonstrates sound judgment and independent operation while reporting to the VP, Strategy, Reporting and Global Programs.

Competenze

• 3+ years required; 5+ years preferred in privacy/records management roles.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Information Security.
• Ability to manage multiple privacy and records initiatives independently and with governance in mind.

Mansioni

• Administer day-to-day activities of the Nuveen Global Privacy Program, including monitoring, examinations, audits, and remediation.
• Support Privacy Leads & Privacy Partners program and develop training for partners.
• Maintain privacy governance docs, data maps and inventories; compile metrics and management reporting.
• Coordinate DPIAs and privacy reviews for new initiatives and AI use cases; drive remediation activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Privacy governance, processes and documentation.
