Job summary

Coulson Aviation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles in Thermal, CA. You will partner with hiring managers to shape requirements, manage pipelines across platforms, and deliver a superior candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in recruiting, 5+ years full-cycle ATS experience, and strong stakeholder management. Aviation recruiting experience is a plus and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
• Experience recruiting in Canada and/or Australia is an asset.
• Aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Post roles and manage pipelines across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Share insights, feedback, and hiring data to improve recruitment strategy.
• Support offer development, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
