Job summary

V2X, Inc.—a global aviation and security contractor—seeks a Country / Site Manager for the DoS INL/A WASS program. This CONUS-based, Melbourne, FL role manages aviation operations and program execution, with remote work permitted and periodic client visits.

The position requires 10+ years in aviation management, FAA regulations knowledge, and U.S. military aviation experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management and operations of a mixed rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft fleet; 15 years with no degree accepted.
• 10 years of technical or professional management experience, including five years of program management, with at least 1 year in projects of similar size and scope.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and related guidelines for contract operation.
• Prior U.S. military service in aviation.
• Spanish language proficiency (Center/South American sites) is preferred (Spanish 2/2).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point contact for INL/A Senior representative on site to initiate, conduct, coordinate and communicate all operational plans.
• Facilitates all operational planning activities for SAA / AOD.
• Maintain liaison with INL/A and other stakeholders to plan, de-conflict and execute activities.
• Act as subject matter expert on policy and operational practices.
• Lead multi-function project management across budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Prepare customer briefings and manage day-to-day interface between INL/A and contracts.
• Oversee authority to obligate corporate funds for assigned effort.
