Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 30–40% including trips to Louisville HQ.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills to optimize costs and service levels.
• Experience managing across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts for parts and services.
• Build and manage an active pipeline of suppliers globally.
• Lead a team of international buyers responsible for sourcing components.
• Analyze consumption and market trends to guide inventory and stock.
• Develop forecasts and replenishment strategies for materials.
• Coordinate with sales and asset management to meet customer demand.
