Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking Logistics Supervisors for the AHTS contract at NAS Whiting Field, Milton, FL.

You will report to the Logistics Manager and lead a team to ensure successful execution of the Logistics and Supportability Analysis Program, while meeting applicable SOPs and regulations. You will coordinate material flow, manage reports, and guarantee timely delivery of parts to support the Navy’s Flight Training Program, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and compliance with DoD and ISO

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in aviation logistics, with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong leadership to direct personnel and enforce policies.
• Proven ability to maintain data integrity in logistics systems (LMIS).
• Experience with government contracts, audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics Manager to ensure contract compliance and SOP adherence.
• Maintain LMIS data integrity; ensure on-time, accurate reporting.
• Coordinate order/requisition actions for government and commercial items.
• Monitor parts availability, forecast usage, and request stock adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present logistics reports; support audits and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Navy/FAA/military specs.
