V2X, Inc. seeks a Helicopter Maintenance Supervisor for the Advanced Helicopter Training System contract at NAS Whiting Field, Milton, FL.

The role leads a maintenance team across multiple shifts, ensuring compliance with the NAMP program, PWS, and OEM manuals while coordinating with quality and maintenance management to meet training objectives. Ideal candidates bring six years in aviation maintenance, including three in supervision, an FAA A&P license, and strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• Six years of aviation maintenance experience, with at least three in a supervisory or management role.
• FAA A&P license or higher preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required to manage multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team for TH57 and TH-73 aircraft and flight training support.
• Ensure compliance with PWS, NAMP, and government/contractor procedures.
• Plan workload, staffing, and overtime to meet customer and company goals.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve performance.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager to identify deficiencies and improvements.
• Maintain timely, accurate daily work center and reports.
