Job summary

V2X, Inc. in Meridian, MS is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the logistics department and ensure timely, accurate reporting across multiple data entry projects. You will supervise personnel, coordinate with maintenance and subcontractors, and drive process improvements using SAP, NALCOMIS, and METCAL tools.

The role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily reports such as NMCS, PMCS, and DIFM. Prior aviation logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Min. 10 years aviation supply/logistics with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Preferred AS/AA or BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics department personnel and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage METCAL, inventory records, and tool control procedures.
• Enter data using Excel, SAP, and NALCOMIS; create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP.
• Coordinate with maintenance and subcontractors to prevent shortages.
• Prepare daily NMCS/PMCS/AWP/DIFM/IOU reports.
