Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Program Manager within the IS&T organization based in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role leads global AV refresh initiatives, partnering with Places, AV design, facilities and procurement to deliver high-quality video conferencing experiences for employees. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AV program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of AV technologies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management focusing on AV deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Developing program plans with scope, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Leading cross-functional teams including facilities, design, and vendors for AV deployments.
• Managing vendor relationships, proposals, and contracts.
• Overseeing project finances including budgets, PRs/POs and invoices.
• Tracking inventory and ensuring timely procurement of AV equipment.
• Monitoring risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicating status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Maintaining project reporting and executive dashboards.
