The Apple Information Systems & Technology (“IS&T”) organization is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audio-Visual (AV) Tech Refresh Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology refresh across our global locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV and video conferencing technologies, and a proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality AV experiences for our employees.
The Audio-Visual (AV) Tech Refresh Program Manager is a critical role demanding specialized technical and program management expertise, coupled with an in-depth understanding of Apple’s rigorous global AV standards. This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and video conferencing technology refresh projects globally. It involves defining scope, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, managing budgets and schedules, incorporating standards into decision‑making, and ensuring successful deployment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in AV program management, a deep understanding of AV technologies, and strong leadership and communication skills.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
